Diagnosis & Treatment Planning

At Emergi-Pet, our veterinarians use in-house vet diagnostic tests and tools to provide the most accurate diagnosis of medical conditions and tailor treatment plans to the needs of your pet.

In-House Laboratory

Our in-house veterinary laboratory allows us to perform tests and get results quickly so that we can diagnose your pet's symptoms and start treatment as soon as possible. Our pharmacy is stocked with a range of medications and supportive care tools, giving us quick access to any medications your pets may need while in our care.

Diagnostic Imaging

Radiographs

Radiography is painless, safe, and completely non-invasive, and uses only very low doses of radiation. Because the level of radiation exposure needed to perform radiography is very low, even pregnant females and very young pets can undergo radiography.

Radiographs can be used to evaluate bones and organs.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound imaging involves exposing part of the body to high-frequency sound waves to produce pictures of the inside of the body.

Because ultrasound images are captured in real-time, they can show the structure and movement of the body's internal organs, as well as blood flowing through blood vessels.
